GRILL SILENCER
The VAW Systems Grill Silencers (RSG) are a space saving, cost-effective solution that delivers valuable sound isolation among adjacent spaces. This compact silencer (typically 4in deep) may be installed within a common plenum (ceiling or underfloor), easily integrated into the wall partition. The grill silencer may also be installed behind a ceiling air opening.
The grill silencer provides noticeable speech privacy improvements and/or reduced mechanical system noise, such as a roof-top unit
Applications
- Placed at any wall or partition opening, or directly above return air grills or openings within a common ceiling plenum (typically: 24×24, 18×24 and 12x24in)
- Any work area that employs a common return air ceiling plenum, such as: private offices, open plan offices adjacent to noise sensitive work areas, music practice rooms, among others.
